Housing for tunnel installation

Sealed housing for cctv cameras, made of an Anticorodal extrusion with a special electro-colouring treatment, in order to achieve the highest resistance in every type of use, especially in case of extremely corrosive external agents such as salty fog, chemical agents, petrol vapours, CO, etc.

The vertically inclined front crystal glass is able to avoid undesired reflections coming from cars' lights or from indirect glares. The housing back closure, made of a nylon/glass compound, is supplied with 2x PG11 45°-inclined sealed cable glands.

The sealed Viton gaskets ensure also a high resistance to corrosive agents. For easy mounting/maintenance, removable polarized terminals are supplied and, while in an open position, the camera can be fully and easily accessed to.

The thermostat-operated heating system has a 12V or 24V (7W) low-absorption/high efficiency resistance. Stainless steel screws. Inside useful dimensions: Ø 92xH 75xL 290mm. Finish: Black.

SAT100KB: anti-dust front adaptor
Front adaptor made of Anticorodal with a special electro-colouring treatment which allows to maintain an air cushion inside, offering dynamic resistance to the whirlwind created by the passing of vehicles, and makes it possible to protect the front glass from dust and dirt for a longer period of time compared to the use of a standard housing. The main advantage, besides making image processing more reliable, is to increase the maintenance span and therefore saving costs. Standard length: 100mm. Finish: Black.
Note: The 100mm length is suitable for 12mm lenses on ½" cameras (30°). In case the camera has a bigger shutter angle, the SAT100 needs to be readjusted.

SS100TG: sunshield
Sunshield made of Anticorodal extrusion with a special electro-colouring treatment in order to get the highest resistance in all type of use, especially in case of extremely corrosive external agents such as: salty fog, chemical agents, petrol vapours, CO, etc. Finish: Black.

WBKB: wall-mounting bracket with inclination adjustment
Wall-mounting bracket made of an adequate thick metal, supplied with an adjustable joint and a O/V locking system with a single M8 stainless steel screw. The bracket comes with a self-adjusting striking plate which can offset a possible inclination of the tunnel wall. Length: 316mm. Finish: Black.
